MAINTENANCE DIVISION

The maintenance division of FiT is currently operating nationwide to serve the maintenance needs of our various clients. This division is structured to undertake the following:

 

1.M&E Installation & Lump Sum Type Modification Projects

1.1 The division has experienced crews to undertake the maintenance projects as follows:    
General contracting of M&E installation
Process equipment assembly,disassembly and installation
M&E equipment increasing / decrease,relocation and removal
Equipment and the process improvements
Plant maintenance work or overhaul
Support services for plant construction work

1.2 FiT has experienced employees; particularly in the sufficient techniques and skills of the following areas: 
Automatic welding for hygiene class type pipes
High Pressure Pipe Welding
The fabrication of stainless steels and accessories
Equipment rebuilds & renewals
Welding and repair to leaks of hot oil pipe (without oil discharging)
Plant equipment renovation/plant debottlenecking 
Tank services 
Laser alignment & precision inspection
High speed balancing

2.Plant Maintenance Yearly Outsourcing (On Site)

Centered on our Business Based Maintenance concept, FiT provides maintenance outsourcing yearly, periodically or even for various individually customized systems aligned with your business strategies and can also manage the maintenance for your entire operations.

M&E Equipment
