SAFETY,HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT（SHE)

FiT adopts world class safety procedures and practices in its day to day operations and has received many certificates of appreciation and awards of excellence for safe man-hours and safe performance from clients. A job safety staff of a registered professional Engineer oversees every FiT job site. In the past 16 years, our OSHA reportable incidence rate and lost workday incidence is achieved to an international level.

Every FiT supervisor completes the OSHA Construction Course and minimum 40 hours in-house safety training with annual updates. Our safety mission is to achieve the mutually agreed target of zero injuries and no impact to the environment in line with the company and client vision of Zero Harm.
